Minutes and outcome of meeting: proposal to incorporate
A meeting of members of the Junortoun community was held at the Bendigo Baptist Church, 757 McIvor Highway, Junortoun, at 7:00pm on Thursday 31 July 2014.
The main item of business was to resolve that the Junortoun Community Action Group become an incorporated association.
The meeting resolved that Junortoun Community Action Group become an incorporated association under Victorian law. As a result the appropriate paperwork was submitted to Consumer Affairs Victoria and on 5 August 2014 a certificate was issued declaring the Junortoun Community Action Group Inc. an incorporated association (A0061568U).

Statement of purposes
Statement of purposes of the Junortoun Community Action Group
- – To improve the community of Junortoun, Victoria by developing activities and initiatives in accordance with the wishes of those who live and work in Junortoun.
- – To achieve a friendly, safe and peaceful, semi-rural environment, with a sense of community and a focus on families.
Rules of the Association
The Association has adopted the model rules for incorporated associations provided by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
